Returns & Exchanges

At Snaps Clothing, we want you to love your fit; if you are not 100% satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags still attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes until your return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
